If you are unable to make a purchase with your international credit card and this is an online purchase from the US or Canada retailer, we can assist you with this through our Concierge Service. To utilize the Assisted Purchasing Program, please do the following:
1.) Log-in to your Reship account
2.) Go to the Assisted Purchase section
3.) Select the "New Order"
4.) Enter the required information and submit the order
We will then review your request, check the availability of the merchandise, and create a quote for this order. This quote would then be sent to you. Once payment is received, we will go forward with placing this order on your behalf and having the merchandise shipped to our facility. From there you will be able to initiate shipping to your desired destination.
Please note that we will not purchase auction items, such as eBay on your behalf. All Assisted Purchased items must be over $500 USD to qualify.
